Evo Crankshaft Compatibility

I am sorry if there is similar thread but i need to confirm it urgently.

Question:
Is all the evo series crankshaft is the same? For example, i am using evo ix and can i use evo 123, or 456, or 78 crankshaft?

I had my bearing broke apart and my crankshaft is Scratch. So i need to find a replacement and seems like i couldnt get any evo ix oem crankshaft at my area, mostly 123.

I do not want to upgrade to a stroker kit as i am happy with my current mod.

So, just simply answer. YES and thats it, or NO, with a reason.

I read somewhere it said that evo 1 crankshaft is 5pounds heavier than evo 8 crankshaft, while all the 7 bolt leg is the same. Just to confirm before i confirm to purchase an evo 123 crankshaft due to availability.

As I recall, only the evo 7, 8, and 9 are compatible.

A 7 bolt crank is a 7 bolt crank. The earlier 4G64 cranks are heavier but they will still work in your car with no problems. They extra weight is just in the counterweights.
