Boost leak at throttle body

I did the 2nd boost leak test today to make sure everything is alright. My compressor was at 100psi so i hooked up my boost leak tester only to find out i forgot to turn the knob down to 30ish. Had a nasty leak at the throttle body where the cable hooks up (behind the spring). Anybody ever change that seal or could it even be done?

Ill take a photo to show where its actually leaking.

Edit: at the throttle cable!

You need to replace your TB shaft seals. Use the drop down menu to see your options...you should also replace the oem gasket which Mil.SPEC sells as well...I have this kit but not installed yet. I was told the tricky part is making sure you mark the TPS correctly so when you reinstall it, the idle is set properly...you can easily mess it up if you are not paying attention to it and fail to read the HOW TO I reference below.

Throttle Body Shaft Seals from MIL.SPEC

Yes it can be done, there is a nice How To on this site as well or google it....I think there is even a video on YouTube.

OMG! You put 100 PSI though the system and only found a leak at throttle seal? Whoa!
You could buy replacemnt seal from milspec (a vendor on here).

Funny thing is as soon ss I hooked up the air hose the recirculating valve (bov) blew off and hit me in the chest lol. After I found a vacuum leak which I got rid of and after I wiggeled this bracket and it was leaking from the seal behind the spring

Thanks for the input fellas. The seal seems too much work before I get the tune done so I ordered a full blown 70mm tb
