So whats new for more power?

I didn't get to mess with my Evo to much last year so this year I have the itch again. Im the Cya Bye guy on youtube and my evo is pretty much modded out. Ive been hearing talk of new intake manifolds, throttle bodies, and some other little goodies but wasn't sure what the best was. Here is my current mod list and curious as to what I could update this year for more power.

Buschur Built 2.0 liter
Buschur Stage 3 Head
Buschur Intake with K&N cone filter
ARP Head Studs
Forge Boost Controller
Buschur LICP
Buschur Race Intercooler
Buschur UICP
Shearer 02 Dump
Tial Q BOV
E85
Buschur Big Bore TB
Buschur Ported / Coated Intake Manifold
ID2000 Injectors
Buschur Double Pumper
Buschur BF 272 Cams
Buschur Ported and Coated Exhaust Manifold
FP Black ball bearing ported
Buschur 3" DP
3" test pipe
Greddy Ti 3" exhaust
Buschur Coil On Plug Ignition
Buschur Mini Battery Kit
AEM ECU tuned by David Buschur

Also I thought about switching to an electronic boost controller to help control boost in 5th gear. Everytime I shift to 5th now I blow an intercooler pipe off. Im running 40psi so I would like for it to drop down for 5th gear.

Its not good to do pulls in 5th gear for one, Get tbolt clamps if you dont have them that will help keep the pipping on, as for making more power the only thing really left to do is go to a bigger turbo. 6266 hta35r

I have t bolt clamps. What about the Magnus intake manifold? I've been seeing some talk about it.

Why is it bad to go Wide Open in 5th?

switch out the k&n filter for amsoil or vibrant. thatll give you 5-10more hp.

as for your intercooler pipes, may i suggest using elmers glue, or hair glue to help keep them on.

NX intercooler sprayer, I've seen it making 9hp more on the dyno.
Install a 2nd (racing) fuel tank in the trunk & do a 2nd ECU tune for racing fuel (VP C16) It should gain you some significant hp increase over E85, especially @ 40psi.

A good tubular exhaust manifold might pick up significantly given the rest of your setup and the high boost level. You have so many Buschur parts that you should ask him if he has any recommendations for you.

if you're not wanting to spend money on a turbo kit, i'd say that a magnus is your best bet. english has consistently seen good gains, but its still going to be a small gain compared to your current power level. if you're in need of a new rush, its gonna be a turbo kit.
