So last night I was playing around a bit and did a solid 3rd gear pull. The boost gauge (cheapo jdm sport mechanical) climbed out of vac to 0 then held for a second then jumped imediately to 22psi and climbed the rest of the way like normal. No stutters in power, no weird afr's, no noises. I checked the hose running to the gauge from the intake mani and found no leaks or kinks. Im pretty sure I just toasted the cheapo gauge but has anyone else had something similar? I have a new gauge to put in I just havent gotten around to it.
