Well I finally got my car back from the shop after having a lot of work done. While driving around I noticed my turbo would puff out a lot of smoke when I shift in real low boost. The Turbo thats on the car now is a PTE 6262. I loved the turbo but it felt to laggy for my use. My question is what turbo should i go with to reach my 450+ whp but spool up a little faster?

Just breaking in my BRAND NEW 2.0 OEM block. (only 520 miles on it now)

if you want better spool Id say a stock frame turbo like the FP red or MAP EF3

Being that you allready have a t3 kit a stockframe set it is going to cost a lot more then it needs to. Just get a smaller t3 turbo 3076hta would be my pick

 

Thank you. Thats what I was thinking too. I don't want to go back to a stock frame just cause of the fact I would have to be getting a whole new setup.

Any other info on which turbo to go with that will bolt up would be good.
