Bad ball bearing fp black????

I bought a Ball Bearing FP Black turbo off a guy on here warier in the week I put it on the car and I started it for the first time today. There is a loud whining noise coming from the turbo. I cracked the oil feed line to see if oil was goin to the turbo and oil came out so I know it didnt get starved of oil on this first start I also poured oil into the inlet of the turbo before I put the feed line on. The member said that it only has 75 miles on it.

What do you guys think bad turbo? Yes/no and if so what do you think it is?

Here is the noise at the first start up with idle and then. A video of of shut down.

The whine doesn't sound normal to me. What I really noticed is when you shut the car off a ball bearing turbo should continue spinning easily and smoothly for long period of time before it gradually stops. Here is my JB FP Black.

the car was cold when i finally let the car warm up it spins for a lot longer after shut down but it leaks oil out the compressor cover so there is something wrong with the turbo.

Also, are you sure its a BB unit? One way to tell is right below the water/coolant line bolt, there should be a plug with an allen fitting. If its not, then its a journal bearing unit.
