boost leak test, gurgling in oil pan

I wanted to check the system again by doing a boost leak test, sprayed all the charge pipe couplers, fmic, injector seals, tb and tb gasket. Heard a gurgling sound so I figured id trace it, opened the oil cap and the gurgling sound coming from the oil pan. Whats causing the air to go to the oil pan? Turbo seals going bad so its pushing the air into the oil thru the return line? Compression test tested good, I was tuned on 26psi and im not noticing any loss of power under acceleration. I put everything together and went for a drive, at wot im holding 26psi.

If im not blocking something off please post it here

There is no play in the compresor shaft

I've seen it before but it was on a Comp turbo. I'd call PTE to confirm/deny whether it's good or bad.

Was the boost leak test performed while the motor was cold?
