I NEED HELP. My evo 9 MR wont boost correctly at WOT. up until its supposed to hit full boost it runs fine, but once i get it to WOT my boost wont hold steady, it sways back and forth from about 15psi-25psi..... just replaced my BOV with GFB TMS (on recirc setting), also if i don't make boost (gauge reads 0psi or vacuum) then i hear a flutter. i cant tell if its my bov or compressor surge. im hoping my wastegate spring is just bad, anybody have any ideas?!?!
