The question you will need to answer is, what are your future plans? With those mods on pump you will not need injectors.

i want to get it tuned for pump and e85 and my in the near future mods are cams, evo 9 turbo, intercooler, intake manifold. and get my stock exhaust manifold port and polished. but i have been running my car without a tune for a while so i need to do it soon but i was thinking of just getting one more thing before i do so. everything i just named though im planning on getting after the tune one by one until i have them all to put on at once then get it tuned.

I'd go for 1000, 1050, 1100, or maybe even 1200cc. You're going to need bigger injectors with your upcoming mod list for sure so might as well do it right this time.
