Water pump , headgasket, thermostat are all new in good working order. As far as the fan being wired correctly I would say yes because it turn ons just fine . Should the blades be spining clockwise or couter cloickwise?

I DONT KNOW IF IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO ADD ANOTHER FAN IN FRONT OF THE RADIATOR SINCE I DONT HAVE AC AND I HAVE ENOUGH OF SPACE TO MOUNT A 10' FAN? ONE FAN PUSHING AND THE OTHER ONE PULLING ?
You need to make sure that if the fan is on the engine side its pulling air thru and if its on the bumperside its pushing air thru the radiator.. get a piece of paper , ribbon, something and wait for the fans to come and put it in front of the radiator. The paper should pull into the radiator--if its blowing away, swap the wiring, you have them backwards and the blade will spin in the opposite direction. If this doesnt work check with the fan man website for a Spal fan, I think mine pulls 1200 cfm at 5v or something like that. just a thought good luck.

I have a small radiator and slim fan . the radiator is located right next to the upper intercooler piping area.
