Also get new gaskets for the oil return line. Gasket to the CHRA and the oil pan. But now that I just looked, you have an 8 so you should have already purchased your install so I'm pointing out sh** you already know LOL
True, forgot about new gaskets for the oil line (2). Also, you may need to get (4) new rubber/metal washers that go on the oil line as well, those tend to tear & will leak oil. Don't forget to reinstall or replace the copper crush washers for the oil feed line & the (4) on the coolant feed & return lines.

^^ I just remember, when I used the install kit comes with everything including a new j-pipe and all new washers, etc. Like I said if you need help don't hesistate to pm me. And with what everyone else said about taking out the radiator, now that I think about it I wish I would have just to ease the installation progress but I was way to excited to get my new turbo in. Can't blame me for that LOL

Ok it's settled guys, I'm pulling the damn radiator!

Funny thing is I just replaced my throttle body and damn near leaked all the coolant out onto my garage floor. So I just put some fresh coolant in there and went through the "burping" process, which is why I was hesistant to do it again

However, since all you guys have done the swap and recommend it, I'm going to just pull the damn thing.

I have the install kit so I should have everything needed to make it happen.

Hopefully Ivey can squeeze 400awhp out of this bad boy. I have all supporting mods (FMIC, Cams, etc..) The turbo is a BBK Full ported & coated.

Edit:

I'm also going to replace the radiator hanger bolts at the top, my current ones look absolutely terrible.
