Evo throttle body clean up

Took apart the throttle body to replace seals, cleaned out the inside and outside. Put it back on abd started it up. Rev limit goes to 2k then to 1500rpm adjusted the throttle cable to get rpms to 1000. Car now feels sluggish not sure ehat to do at this point

Did you put the spring back in correctly?
Can you read the TPS % at idle with evoscan?

Roughly 13.33% at idle, +/- 2% seems pretty common.

Let me also add I did clean the entire throttle body, and the TPS is idling around 13.77 which is acceptable. So either i need to adjust the biss screw or retune the throttle body

If you cleaned the tb with any kind of cleaner that was your first mistake. The black soot looking stuff behind the butterfly is not ALL soot. Some of it is a coating that helps seal the plate and help control idle.
