we sell what's called a 'Pocket Port' package... a best bang for the buck making under 700whp. It consists of cleaning the head, bronze guides of our own design, porting the bowl and short side radius, valve job, mill and assemble. They can come in almost any brand valve train. We utualize stock size valves, and pick up between 30-40cfm on the intake! 20-30 cfm on the exhaust!

this is one such pocket port head we sent out to Synergy Auto Lab. This one had Ferrea 6000 series valves, Kiggly spring kit, and a Manley lock to round out a reliable set up capable of 700whp

 

Is the pocket port good for stock frame(bbk full or FP Green) turbo road racing Evos?

more Subaru's have ran it in Time Attack. The bottom one is from Innovative Tuning and won the championship this year. Not stock frame turbo's, but are around 500whp range.

 

Yes, its very good. I have this setup on my built 2.0L with Ferrea valves/springs and it opened up a lot of area under the curve up top with a CBRD BBK-3B.
