Plugs for OEM loom for COP setup

Not really sure where this should go so if it needs to be moved please by all means

Myself and a mate are going to do our own COP setup. Have everything pretty much sorted but wondering if anyone knows what other OEM plugs will clip into the two factory looms - the plugs that clip into the OEM coil packs.

I know a Mazda SP20 - engine FS-ZE or Premacy - Engine FP-DE crank angle sensor plug will fit the OEM evo coil loom but wondering what else will plug-and-play without having to sift through thousands of wrecks or butchering up the OEM wiring

Ive searched but people seem to just buy them from spoolinup, would rather save the coin as a last resort.

Thanks

They're only $7 from spoolinup, and they're brand new so you don't have to worry about corrosion on the connections from sitting in a junk yard. I really don't see the maybe $3-4 saved being too worth it.

this

no point in trying to save money here. it keeps your car running. do it proper the first time and crimp the wires into terminals

7 bucks is pretty cheap for what you get, but I guess it comes down to shipping costs to get them out to us. $14 is not too bad, make it $40 including shipping for two connectors and looking for other options doesn't seem as silly.

Fair enough, I'm pretty sure it's the same for demon but I posted without looking at the location.

Yea were all the way down in NZ, hence asking on here first and spoolinup as a last resort.

Will hunt around the scrap yard and see if anything will work

ahhhh, that changes it then haha

there's nothing wrong with soldering, especially if it saves $30-40, I just prefer the cleanliness of the crimps
