anyone have this clutch?
For some reason I burnt this clutch.but it wasnt my fault.Some springs and bolts that held the two clutch discs together came loose and caused the clutch to burn.So i bought back new discs for the clutch system.but i cant seem to find these bolts and springs anywhere!
anyone know where I can get them?I will post pics of what it looks like tomorrow.
they are small.the bolt is probably about 1.5cm long and the spring is probably about 1cm long.i think the system carries 3 bolts and about 8 or 9 springs.
please...if anyone can source this for me, i will greatly appreciate it.Cause my car has been down for the longest while!

if you think it is not your fault, did u try to contact with manufacturer? just an idea...

yeah actually hks said that i should send it back and they may replace it with a new clutch system.
but from where I am...to ship it back to the states...it would cost a fortune.so it would work out better if i could just get the bolts and springs.i asked them about the bolts and springs, but they said that they dont sell those.

 

Order them direct from the manufacturer. Ask them to send you a set of the nuts and bolts for your clutch model.

 

yeah that's a good idea!
you can even take a pic and e-mail it to them so they can see what's going on and send the nuts for free..

i'll still post the pics tom so that you may have a better idea of what i'm talking about.
i even got the part list for this clutch from HKS and these bolts and springs were nowhere to be found.three pages of parts made up this clutch and on none of these pages were what i wanted!
amazing how the little things are the hardest to find!!

i called HKS today and found out that I can get the parts out of Japan on special order only.Which would take me like 2 weeks to get.
I was wondering if u guys knew who makes the clutches for hks.You know like how they use garrett turbos and just stamp their name on it.
is it daikin or exedy or who?
