Rebuild engine?

So long story short, the evo popped over a curb sideways, (nose end only) and then the problems began. I drove it after hitting the curb with a whining noise that sounded like it was coming from the turbo (was in sync with spooling). Well fast forward to now and now my oil pressure has dropped to 20-30psi while driving as opposed to the 50-60 it used to be. It's enough to make my oil light come on while driving. To make things better, a nice knocking noice has developed while driving it. (Rod knock). So I have her parked now and I'm really not sure where to go from here.

so you got 20-30 PSI driving. What about at idle?

Did you even look underneath the car after it "popped over" the curb or you just drove it away and kept driving it?

You could have damaged any number of things. Hell you may have ripped the oil filter clean off.

How long ago was it you hit the curb? It is unlikely that hitting a curb would cause internal engine damage unless you bent your oil cooler lines and are starving the engine or cracked your oil pan and are leaking oil. I will assume you have checked your oil level and checked for leaks. If not do it immediately. But I would check the oil cooler. The bad part is that if you have rod knock its game over. Most likely your cam bearings will be scorched. The head is oiled last and if you have low oil pressure at the rods you can bet that the cams are toast. I hope you are lucky and find a easy fix. Best of luck.

well the knocking could be a few different things. Pull the head first and hope it is just a valve or something. you should have diagnosed the vehicle following hitting the curb

I checked it out to the best of my ability when I hit it. Oil filter was fine. Everything looked fine, but it was pretty late and I only had a phone light. I took it to the shop two days after that night (it was parked during that time) and they checked it out and couldn't find anything that looked serious. I checked the oil level the second I noticed the oil pressure was reading low and the oil level was fine. So I left the shop under the impression it was fine and here I am now. First mistake was taking it to a shop that doesn't really deal with evos I guess
