The issue started when I planed to tune on c16. Before on 93 octane is was 560hp 29 boost safe tune.

After we started tuning on c16, I had a problem in fuel system as one pump was not enough. I had installed Ams fuel system and the injector duty cycle is 60 percent now where it was 120% before.

The problem now we can not raise boost more than 26-28 and it's cutting around 7000 rpm.

I would recheck your fuel system if you haven't done that already. What injectors are you using btw?

Unfortunately, there are too many possibilities, your tuner seems unable to determine whether it's a fuel or ignition cut. I'd like to look at a log file & check ignition & AFR numbers when the cut occurs. Generally, if everything thing is fine both electrically & mechanically then it has to be a tune/ECU issue.
I suggest that you convert back to the old tune, 93fuel & 29psi & see if the cut still occurs.

When the cut is happening the afr is around 11.5 and the timing is fixed as in the timing table. Battery voltage is 13.9 and injector duty cycle is around 60%. It's only cutting when we raise boost more than 26 psi.

Well that doesn't really solve the boost / fuel cut issue.

Has your tuner determined where the problem is? Because you said boost then fuel and now I'm confused on what it is exactly.

How would you describe the cut, is it like hitting a brick wall or is it simply a hesitation at high boost?
It's really like looking for a needle in a hay stack, since it still could be either an electric or a fuel issue.
I have a couple suggestions to try, upgrade the spark plugs to 9 heat range plugs.
You might have a faulty camshaft sensor, swap it & see how it goes.
If you're 100% positive that everything (fuel & electric) is perfectly fine then it has to be either the new tune or a faulty ECU. As a last resort, I'd suggest that you convert to a stock ECU & re-tune the car, as the stock rom is much more refined than any aftermarket software.

Have you checked and/or replaced the cam sensor, to eliminate that?

No I didn't replace the cam sensor. I will also buy plugs 9 heat range and try them tomorrow.

Thank you all for all your responses. It turns out the exhaust cut out is closing. We took it out and the car is running great.

Take off the intake in front turbo. If its a large silicone hose it's probably sucking in and starving the system of air. Just had that same issue with a super 99. Drove us nuts.
