Evo cutting out at high boost

Hi all,

My car is cutting out at boost higher than 26. I have 6766 turbo and ets turbo kit, fuel system twin pumps, I have sparktech coils and change plugs gaped them to 0.020 and nothing change. The battery voltage is 13.9 all the run. Injector duty cycle is 61%.

I changed the grimspeed and the waste gate. I did boost leak. I checked all safety features on my aem v2 like fuel cut and ignition cut. Its something strange. The only thing will make the difference when the cut out will happen if I change my waste gate duty cycle. It will cut randomly on different rpm. I am sure its a boost problem.

Any suggestions!

I tried both BPR8EIX and BPR8ES. No difference.

Do you have a 15 amp ignition fuse to replace the 10amp under the dash? I just fixed a fuel cut issue by doing that because of my spoolinup cop. Funny thing was it didn't have a problem for 4 years until I advanced the timing. Then around 5k rpm under boost it would stutter and missfire, and the cel would come on. It was throwing a p0300. There's another thread on here about it.

A data log would help determine whether it's an ignition or fuel cut, a first step to diagnose the issue.

Is your tune speed density based? One possibility is a faulty map sensor.

I replaced the MAP sensor. same problem. My tuner is now checking the dwell time for aem v2.

If the tuner is saying it's a fuel cut & you have nothing, physically wrong with the fuel system then it has to be a tune/ECU issue. Did the problem start after you got the car tuned?
