evo 9 6-speed trans leaking on the driver side from the inner fender. you can see it leaking around a metal plug does any one know if that can be replaced with out taking the whole trans apart or the part # to replace it with. I can also wipe all the oil away and in a few mins it comes back out

that plug fell out of my six speed on a cold winter day about 5 years ago. adds new meaning to the term "freeze plug". anyhow, i called up mitsubishiparts.net to get my replacement. after reinstalling it, i sealed it over with silicone sealant.
