at this point it has burn both the positive and negative at right before the plug going into the housing, ran out of wire to cut and repair damage, so i went back to factory pump for now until i can get another plug. it still gets hot but does not burn the wire like before. running a bigger positive into the housing can be done, just haven't pull the time to do it cause of work. does not help that just after replacing clutch, one of the bolts came lose of the flexplate so i have to drop everything again in the next weekends or so. bought a new set of bolts to replace them cause i know for sure they were torque properly. probably they are old and need replacement (2005 factory bolts).

what would you guys recommend, replacing plug and test another pump (walbro 255) or just running a -4 or -8 straight into the pump drilling the housing and sealing it with epoxy or something like that? thanks for allllll the help!

Seems like u rewired it wrong.
With the STM kit @ the relay

#30 (blue wire) - feed wire from battery.
#87A (red wire) - not used.
#87 (yellow wire) - when cutting stock 12V pump wire, this is to the pump side.
#86 (black wire) - when cutting stock 12V pump wire, this is to the car side.
#85 (white wire) - chassis ground
