Whinning noise Tranny or Tcase? HELP
has anyone come across this noise before? i thought it was the TOB so i changed it but this noise is still there. can you please click on the link below and watch the whole video to get a better understanding on how the noise changes.

Not the T-case. It's 100% internal in the transmission. I'd say input shaft bearing seeing as how the noise goes away at idle with the clutch disengaged. But usually, an input shaft bearing sounds more like a rattle or knocking sound. This may be a gear that has a few chipped of missing teeth. Sounds like you need the transmission rebuild.
Almost sounds like the cluth or your flywheel. Did you have your flywheel done or replaced when you put in the twin? if not, could be your problem. I would suggest contacting a Evo transmission shop like Shep or Jacks for advise.
