Useless post of the day goes to this guy

OP- Your 255 is fine in case you were even considering the above comment.

Something is definitely not right here. How does the car feel?

Do you have any buddies with a tactrix cable and evoscan? If so I'd pull some logs yourself and go from there.

Yeah he can get as offended as wants, it's your right to ask for what is yours...

As a tuner he should be able to diagnose an issue when it's present...

Extracting 7whp and stating it's an O2 housing that's restricting 43 - 63 more ponies from being produced is just absolute BS....

Even 340 seems too low when they tuned you first time.

Keep at him. I would invest in the tatrics cable at this point. You can pull the the tune and get some logs. I had similar mods to you with less aggressive cams and did almost 380 hp on pump. Not sure how far you are from Philly but would be glad to log for you.

How does the butt dyno feel?

You said you rebuilt the head. Are you sure your valves are seating properly? Ever do a leakdown test?

Car would generally run poorly if that were the case. Wouldn't just be down on power on wot pulls...

The way I see it, it doesn't matter if there was an issue with his previous modifications. I'll say it again, a tuner has to be able to diagnose an issue when it is present. When I take my car to a tuner and pay a hefty amount of money, I expect him to give me criticism and options that relate to the car, such as "Get a larger fuel pump and injectors BECAUSE we're running out of fuel" OR "Get a larger turbo so that we don't need to overrun the turbo you have now and cause high EGTs" or something like that, I don't know, but you should be able to back up your claim.

When a tuner tells me my O2 housing is restricting 50whp from my setup, I know there's something wrong. He didn't even suggest to do a leak down test / compression test or any other test, he went straight to the poor O2 housing.. Absolute BS...

Keep at it until he gets fed up.

On my stock lightly ported o2 matched with the fp black on a 2.4, I made 645 on e85. I highly doubt that is the problem. Im also running a stock ported cast manifold. Im sure an aftermarket one helps but you can take a lot of material out of the stock cast one and smooth it out for great flow. I did this for a free mod instead of paying $200+ for an aftermarket.

With cams the issue may not be so obvious. It's worth checking all the same as this is not as simple as it being just a bad tune.
