So i have a stage 3 clutch, donno what kind. Bought it that way. Well when i take off sometimes i get a squeal when taking off? And at idle i get a rattling noise when the clutch is out and when its in no noise? TOB? I heard stage 3 makes noise... Well let me know whatcha guys think!

 

same problem here bud... if you find or I find out why... lets PM each other... does yours seem to hop a lot while engaging? like if it was a really hard engagement? if i dont have the car rev up 3k+ it hops so bad... it is annoying. specially for a daily driver.

i intalled a SPEC single disk 3+ stage.

 

Mine hops alittle but im more worried about the noises.. I wish i knew what kind of clutch it is? And when it was done! The noise doesn't bother me i just keep thinking somethings wrong.

I would vote for the TOB, unless its a twin disk it shouldn't make any noise like that. And if the clutch is old and worn out it'll squeal when the rivets start rubbing on the flywheel.
