please help dyno results bad!!!

Got my evo iv dynid yesterday has recently been rebuilt if you check my build page on here can see more details its under evo iv sleeper build. Basically has evo 8 block cp pistons forged 85.5mm. And new rings. Balance shaft removed. Acl bearings. Turbosmart boost controller. Yellowjacket coils. Evo 6 ecu.id1000cc fuel injectors. 320lph fuel pump. And usual bolt ons 3inch exhaust ect ect. Did a leakdown test was mint. Did compression test mint 160 160 160 160. Full dyno tune only made 203kw at the hubs on 19psi boost what the hell is going on!!!! It will boost wat its told to it good compression test and leakdown drives awesome feels awesone sounds awesome its reliable done a few 5 hour drives in it. Not to bad on gasbut wont get any mire power to the engine and my tuner a very good tuner its got him stumped also he said best guess be need another block rebuild as rebuilder myst have skimmed to much off top of block or not bored cylibders or honed plz guys im from nz ive spent heaps trying to fix this problem. What could it be?

19 PSI and about 203kw = 270 whp is decent power if you are on an OEM EVo 4 turbo and again only 19psi.

Do you have camshafts? are you running pump fuel?

I suggest turning up the boost and maybe adding timing....Evo 4 turbo are only 9.3 hotside....

Even an Evo 7 turbo with 9.7 hotside would be an upgrade for you but try to get an Evo 6 turbo they have 10.5 hotside
