what you guys think my problem is? sounds cam but not problem starting

Car sounds like it has cams but i know it doesn't has a hard time starting

Very cryptic. Try some punctuation, and maybe provide a little more about how the car got in this condition. What happened, has it been tuned etc?

Mods? Did you do anything to it recently? Tuned? Miles on car? e85? SD?

Check you timing..all timing marks line up? Have you done a timing job yet?

check your timing, you could have jumped timing

no mods
stock rom
takes awhile to crank but if u let the car sit in the ON position for about 1min it will fire right up. but sounds cam. either timing or injectors

If it starts right up after you let it sit for a minute then it doesn't sound like a timing issue. It sounds more like a fuel issue or ignition misfire. More details would help. Is it drivable? sideband readings at WOT?
