The H34 valve holds perfectly with no additional washers. If you run washers you will get flutter in the higher gears at lower RPMs. I run the same valve and it will hold any amount of boost.

You have to be very careful with the spacing between the fan shroud and the vacume hose connection. Just as a tip, it fits perfect but I was able to put a slight bend on the shroud using a rag and a adjustable wrench to ensure it wouldn't get cut. The rag was used so it didn't scratch when bending but I was able to use the wrench for leverage and put a small bend down just so the hose wouldn't rub and be cut by the sharp shroud. Now it fits like a glove and it has never been cut and the bend is so small that you would never notice it. Hope this helps that problem for you.

There are several H34 users on here so hopefully they will see the post as well and give their .02
