Engine ticking noise, new lifters

Hey everyone,

After some track abuse Im experiencing some ticking noise only at idle, as revs goes up the engine noise drowns it out.

The car still performs as always.

I though it was the lifters from what a read here and got new ones installed, but nothing happened.

I would like to hear your opinions

Here is the video:

thanks,
Stefano

I could be your PCV valve, touch it when it's warm and see if the tick is coming from there.

Pull the oil pan and have a look at the bearings.

Yeh... Don't do that at first... look for bronze shavings in the oil and filter before taking of your pan...

Do you have an oil pressure gauge installed? If so do you notice a drop in pressure across the board? If not --then see 'looking at oil" above. Good Luck, I tend to agree--rod knock.

Hey everyone,
Today i took off the oil pan and checked the rods, they are all good...

i found this in the drain plug and i dont know where it comes from, I also took off the valve cover to check, but nothing...
