Evo IX Cylinder Head Replacement Cost

I'm looking at potentially buying a 2006 IX MR that has a new short block but the same cylinder head. The previous owner destroyed the crank so they replaced the short block, flywheel and clutch. How much would it cost for parts + labor for a new cylinder head w/ valves and springs? Any risks with buying the Evo that had a blown crank but since had the short block, clutch and flywheel replaced? I'm looking at the invoice for the short block and it says "100B075: ENGINE ASSY, SHORT (4G63) Part Interchangeable with part # 1000A395", what does that mean? Thanks guys!

Why do you need a new cylinder head if they old one was fine?

How many miles has the owner put on the new shortblock?

I wouldn't buy an engine unless you can verify it runs before buying it
