recommended repair.

Hey guys, in the midst of removing my cylinder head my incompetent brother managed to do this with a breaker bar on the soft aluminum of the intake manifold. I was wondering what you guys would consider a suitable repair for this. i imagine some really soft sand paper would do the job but I'm not sure what grit or if theres anything else you guys could recommend. Feel free to drop any knowledge on me in the space below. I have plans of reinstalling the head today/tomorrow so a prompt response would be greatly appreciated! Thanks again!

Ouch! Either a piece of emery cloth or send it over to the machine shop like you are with the head (I'm hoping that you are at least). Shouldn't cost you all that much anyways.

Good luck though!

send it to the machine shop and have them shave it down. or you can just pick up another oem intake manifold for like 100 bucks on here and call it a day.
