dude STFU already. let him learn what you think might happen. if it does it does.

you still have yet to answer any of his questions. mainly WTF have you done or shown for that can stand next to anything he has done or surpassed it? you fail to answer because you fail to have anything.

best of luck dave on this project.

I've known 94AWDCoupe for a few years now and he's always come through for me when I needed help with things, or advice about mods. He' s been the go to guy for the everyday DSM/Evo owners and street racers alike when shops have screwed over people and packed up after cutting one to many corners.

I like what the Bad Bish was and wish Dave all the best on this new setup hopefully he'll knock down some more records.

Would Mustang spindles and Hubs work for the steering? I know that they have the same bolt pattern on some of the Mustangs. I think the steering rack on the mustangs is in front of the motor not behind like the evo.

BTW it looks really F**king Awesome!

Brain fart. I have no idea if the orange camaro has a TH-400 or not.

David,

Was there any consideration of tilting the block a few degrees? Maybe there'd be some center of gravity, packaging/space, oil scavenging or other benefits?

Bump for updates and happy holidays to all.

Yes, all of that would work if I was building a drag car. I want to keep as much of this car an EVO as I can.

The engine is tipped low in the back to get the ground clearance for the oil pan and to clear the tunnel.

You make it look easy! Looks good. What size tire are you running out back for street and track use? This drivetrain should last multiple seasons without service unlike the evo clutch/trans setup at this power level.

I want to keep the car on the street mostly, so to start it will get the M&H 26x10x17 drag radials, if I can't get it to hook I'll move to the slick.

Awesome to see some Tampa/Brandon guys. I'm from Brandon, went to Bloomingdale High School c/o 2004. My ex-wife still lives in Brandon as do some of my friends. I'm Jason Canady

AWD is really about the only thing that makes an "Evo" interesting.

However... Respect for any DIY project using one's own $ and skills and the disclaimer is well noted.

I've posted a lot of updates and pictures to the BR Facebook page, link is in my signature. If anyone is interested stop by there and take a look.

The complete upper/lower i/c pipes are one. Entire header, waste gate, dump tube, exhaust is finished. Finished the shifter today.

I'm going to run all new fuel lines and brake lines in the next few days.

I'm waiting on DSS to send the axles, hubs and driveshaft.

The steering is also completed. Made a block off plate for the old steering hole yesterday.
