Which transmission fluid?

Which transmission fluid do you recommend to quiet down a noisy/humming 6spd transmission? I have OEM Diaqueen in it right now, I've heard Amsoil might be a better alternative to quiet it down a bit.

For the 6 speed transmission just stick with the OEM Diaqueen

I'm thinking of switching back to diaqueen. Both amsoil and redline are so notchy at start-up

My Diaqueen is a bit notchy at startup too. I usually let the car run for about 7 mins before I take off.

I aware hence why I suggested you replace it with OEM Diaqueen.

I'm already using OEM Diaqueen, I've stated that 3 times. I'm wondering what aftermarket fluid is out there that will quiet the transmission down a little? Maybe your statement has confused me.

I recently put Amsoil in my 06 MR. It definately shifts smoother.

What about noise? I'm mostly concerned with a noise issue.

Amsoil

Fortunately, my transmission was not noisy. Amsoil definately made it shift better.
