hta 3794 or gtx3582
Once you get used to the power, slap on the 94
So far the GTX35s seem to make pretty similar power tbh, maybe more to do with turbine than compressor limitation?
Probably worth looking at the FP 6466TZ, it seems to be rated at similar power to the HTA3794 but 64/88 instead of 67/94 on the compressor side so probably that bit more usable with no downside?

I'd expect the HTA3586 may have a slight edge but despite being a big FP fan, I think the GTX is a better balance. Here's a car which I suspect when run on a dyno which would give you 800hp for an HTA3586 would do near that on it's GTX3582R:
, one of the quickest time attack cars ever to have existed
gtx3582 is not a popular turbo , and i dont know why .
i have not seen more than 10-15 topics about gtx35 in evom .
and the most intresting part is ,some of famous tuners here , didnt test it yet and dont like to test it ?
do you know max whp of hta3586 (0.82 ss) here?

Go with the GTX3582 on E85 get it tuned legit. You will not be disappointed. Should be good for some 9 second passes
From your rpm and boost constraints you suggest, I feel this suits your needs perfectly. And you can get closer to 700whp out of a gtx3582 with decent spool and great transient response for drag racing a 5 speed

There's someone on here that made close to ~800awhp on full tilt. Can't remember who though.
The GTX3582R is a 76-77lbs/min turbo, so to get 800whp out of it would require a very optimized setup. I'd say a comfy limit for it is 750whp. Pushing it further might be overspinning it; a turbo speed sensor is useful here when trying to max out a turbo.
It has been used on some of the fastest time attack and Pikes Peak cars in the world. It was on Rhys Millen's Pikes Peak car when he broke the record two years ago. Professional Awesome just kicked butt in the Limited AWD class at Superlap Battle with it.
Under Suzuki had it on their S15 last year and upgraded to the GTX4088R this year. Top Fuel S2000 uses it. The MCA S13 is on it. Basically three of the fastest RWD time attack cars in the world.
Mike Essa's E46 drift car when he won the FormulaD championship two years ago.
