Having issues with engine load

so I have a 2003 lancer evolution 8 I have a water to air intercooler, exhaust, tuning done with openport 2.0, megan racing coilovers, during my last data log my friend and myself noticed that my car thinks its at %100 load all the time even when at idle and no boost I am holding codes PO340 (no camshaft signal at ecu) and PO335 (no crankshaft reference signal at e.f.i. ecu) and PO302 (cylinder 2 misfire detected)
also my factory i.a.t. gauge is pegged out all the time so I have no clue whats going on with it and just need help cause I just want my baby back lol

just want to know if anyone else has had this problem and what I can do to fix it and where to look for an issue that would cause my car to think its at and stay stuck at full load all the time even with engine off and key on

just bumping cause someone else has had to of had this problem and I just need help to figure out what is going on the car runs even though it doesn't think that it has a cam or crank position sensor at the ecu the pulse signal is from crank sensor is still doing its job firing the injectors and coil packs just need to know y it doesn't think it has those sensors plugged in and working but the car still runs

Water-to-air IC? I would like to see that. Is it a daily driver?

in my experience if you throw both it means they are not relaying the same info to the ecu. might be worth pulling the timing cover and seeing if all three marks line up. if you end up needing a cam sensor lmk.

all timing marks line up that's where I went first and I have a spare cam sensor that I know was good when I pulled it out of the motor I blew up and have tried both of them with no difference so I am guessing I just need to start at one end of the harness and go to the other searching for shorts or a friend of mine said it might b a bad maf sensor or signal from causing all of this not sure how a maf would have anything to do with cam and crank signal / sensors but odder things have happened ..... but per say what would you want for a cam sensor

still searching for someone else who has had this problem I tore into the wiring harness and inspected close to 3 feet of it and everything I found is in perfect shape no stretching no breakage and no heat damage / shorts that I can find

Did you ever check that MAF out? IAT reading pegged out makes me think something is up in there. Could just be debris on the element, or it could be bad. Just a thought. That would def screw with inputs and cause problems with calc load values. I would've thought it would throw a code for it, but like you said, stranger things can happen.
