My build.... Your opinions

Car as of today make 298hp/300tq to the wheel on krazy house Mustang dyno.
Car went 12.2 a gazillion times and is a blast to drive but I'm use to it now... I want more!

My mods list:
Stock long block(head and block)
Stock intake/exhaust manifold
Stock throttle body
Stock injectors
Walbaro 255 in tank
Perrin lower and upper intercooler pipes
Perrin intake
Hallman manual boost controller
Perrin down pipe
Perrin test pipe
3in straight pipe
Mishimoto full radiator (stock one cracked)
Act 6 puck clutch
Really good tune from Pete!

Parts I bought waiting to be installed:
Gsc s2 cams 274 274
Injector dynamics 1000cc injectors
Plug n play connectors
Everything new for timing belt job

My goal is to achieve a daily drivable 450/500awhp evo on the stock block.

My question to you fellow evo guys is what's the best route to achieve this with having to worry about blowing it up every time I decide to act a fool.

What kind of fuel are you using? It would be easy to make that power on e-85, and still have a smaller, responsive turbo. On 93, you'll need a larger, later spooling(less fun to daily drive) turbo.

I would also look at a nice intake manifold, bigger throttle body, and minimum a ported exhaust manifold or nice header, you already have the injectors and the camshafts waiting for install so.. its all about airflow! and tune is everything

450-500 you'll need bigger injectors if you go E85, and possibly a walboro 450. A bbk full or FP green will make 450-500 on E85 on the stock block..

Actually if he wants to keep that low end I would suggest ported stock IM, EM, and TB otherwise there may be a significant loss of low end power.

I'm tuning on pump gas 93 I don't have access to e85 in NJ and I drive this car every day!

I was considering an fp red if I did stock frame.. If not I would go t3 and pick a bigger turbo. Just don't know which one is best for spool for the 2.0

I'm definitely porting my intake manifold and thought about running a S90 70mm throttle body.... Just don't know if that is smart if the rest of my piping isn't the same size

Wouldn't I be better off getting an fp red? The black is more made for power over 500. And the fp red is good for 550 from what I read.

On my stock injectors and turbo. Yes, I believe that was highest my tuner could go with my car. He said any higher and the car doesn't really benefit from it.

Just port your IM and TB, with a green or red you will be able to make those numbers.
I think there was a test done recently where a CB ported IM made almost the same power up top but produced 40 more hp down low over an aftermarket IM.

My car had a DBB green on it and made 435 on 91 and 535 on E85. It had ported manifolds and TB and produced tons of low and mid range power.

IMO your best option would be a BBK turbo and ported manifolds and TB
