Does that exhaust housing have "precision" cast into it? It might be a PTE..

is there any way i can find out the spec on that turbo? if u need me to take more pic i can just let me no where. and thanks for your help. =)

The housings say the AR. You'll have to pull the housings and measure the wheels with a caliper to figure out what size it is. Or find a serial number and call and ask precision.
