Solid Street/Strip Turbo for New Build?!

Motor is getting rebuilt this spring and will be converted to a 2.0LR set up with the following parts:

Manley Turbo Tuff I Beams - 156MM
Weisco Pistons 1400HD 2.3L - 9:1CR
ACL Race Bearings
ARP Main Studs
Supertech Valves - std size
Balance Shaft Elimination kit

Parts already installed on car:

GSC s2 cams - 274/274
Ported Stock Ext Manifold
L19 Headstuds
UICP/LICP
Tial BOV
SD Intake
3" FMIC
1000 PTE Inj
DW 300LPH fuel pump (do have a walbro 255 if needed to swap)

Was looking at more of a stock frame turbo such as the new FP Zero/Zephyr but now branching out to an idea more of a t3/t4 setup? Goals would like to be 400-500 on 91oct and 600 on e85. Thanks

FP red will handily reach those goals for you and reach full boost under 4500rpm.

You're going to need a walboro 450 and FIC1650's to make 600hp on E85..

If you're think about T3's, get a HTA82/HTA86, something along thoughs lines. And upgrade to a double pumper and bigger injectors.

FP red or black will outspool both of those and make 600 on E..

Also, OP, I would run the stock valves if you're not going oversize and they aren't worn out..

A PTE 5858 will get you 500 on 91 and 600 on E85.
