The stock fuel pump fuse.

Please explain how you are using the 30amp relay?
All I see are OEM wires in you pics. Those wires will not support 30amps and this would be the reason why they are hot.

Hi Michael, i will take some pictures on the 30amp Relay tomoro but basically the mech have tap the fuel pump relay and hotwire it directly onto the fuel pump wires which shown on the attached pic where the black casing is (Pls refer to the Pic No.1).

There is 2 wires tapping out from the original fuel pump wires to the relay socket.

Ok, the problem is that you are using an aftermarket pump on the stock wiring system. Those wires are gauged high enough for the current the pump is pulling.

Directly from Aeromotive's Installation Guide found here:
The factory fuel pump wiring may not be sufficient to handle the current draw of the Aeromotive 340
Stealth pump. To achieve the advertised flow at pressure, the use of an aftermarket wiring kit such as
Aeromotive P/N 16301, including 10-gauge wire and a direct alternator supply point, is required.

i'm sure that i preach this too much, but standard hard rewire kits have their own issues. since the pump runs full time at full voltage, this causes 1) fuel pressure overrun at idle and totally messes up idle tune, 2) causes fuel pump to heat up faster, 3) wears out the pump faster.

if i were you, i'd figure out what's causing your stock wiring to overheat, fix that, and then do a fuel pump wiring supplement as i describe in:
