Need help Diagnosing motor noise

Before I even begin.. I have contacted CBRD to drop the car off, but I wont be able to get it to them until later this week at minimum..

With that being said I would still like to try to figure it out myself If I can.

Below is a video of the noise!

https://*******/85m4

It’s a fully built motor with about 2000 miles on it, and it is a 2006 Evolution.

1.) The Oil pan has already been pulled and the rod bearings were removed to check.. They were free of markings and looked fine, but we threw the old ones out and put new ones in. Noise is still there.

2.) The valve cover was also pulled and top of motor was investigated a bit. No broken rockers, lifters aren’t loose.
