Can this be fixed?

I've been playing ACD pump roulette on ebay and came across this cheap. However the ad did not state that it is broken.
one of the metal nipples on to which the hose attaches is missing. Can this be repaired? I have parts from my old pump if so:

I would definitely not use that. Who knows what materials have made their way into the pump. Get your money back

Pump returned, thanks for the feedback.
Thats the second one i've had to return. Why can't people sell used pumps that actually work?
