Cant judge from the info..How many miles? since all cylinders are within 10% of eachother wear appears to be even. With that said looks like all is well. I take it you notice no issues that caused you to look at compression--you just decided to check it?

That's fairly low, but they're all within specification of each other. Start an engine fund and drive that one till it goes. You have no idea how long it may last and there are a ton of variables with compression tests.

my evo 9 has about 105 on all cylinders... 272 cams (low cause the mivec thing)

makes 523, 430 on a mustang dyno.
uses just a little oil.

I had Kelford 282 cams on my build and my compression was 110. I was so concerned that I swapped back to the stock cams and retested. The compression immediately jumped back to 130 just from a cam swap.

leakdown > compression test, so i'd say you are good to go.
