Major issues after new turbo/fuel system install...

So i finally did the 6266 upgrade along with FIC 1450cc injectors, walbro 450 and speed density conversion. Im still on stock motor so i didn't see the point in getting a double pumper because i do not want to push it that far. anyways, after getting everything together and getting a base map from my tuner just to get it to him to get it tuned the car takes forever to start and when on cold start it will just start to stumble, the wideband goes lean then dies. after like 10 minutes of keeping it running by giving it a little gas it will idle normal. Now here is an even bigger issue, when i go to take off the car will stumble then die, ive gotten it to move a couple times but that is like revving it to 4k rpm and getting lucky enough for it to take off. at that point it will idle completely normal but when i go to take off it just gets a lean stumble then dies every time.. any ideas?

idling lean won't hurt anything. do you have a laptop? If you do, go into the tune and make the injector scaling number smaller (yes smaller) until the car runs. Do it in incremements of 5% or 10%. It just needs more fuel. You can also increase the VE values in the rpm/ve table in speed density tuning.

Also, even when its perfect, speed density doesn't run that great cold. Something to do with a low coolant temp ignition retard table that isn't defined. My car runs kinda weird until coolant temp gets above 110ish..

If that's what your tuner told you then I would be looking for a new one. I can hop into my car and drive immediately, no waiting for temp to rise or any of that nonsense.

Hmm, I've been told that by a few people other then my tuner...

My car is weird though, it's been tuned by three different people on speed density, and I always have to run it in open loop at anything above idle, up to 2500rpm, and put a decent amount of extra fuel in the fuel table, or it randomly leans way out of tries to die in that range, which is mostly pulling away from a stop. I've been considering having TScomp look at it, but I just don't have the money right now..
