Need Help! Clutch Adjustment issues.

Hey guys, so I recently did a 5 spd trans swap (got rid of the mr 6spd.) in the meantime I also replaced my clutch (exedy Stg 2 cerametallic 6 puck) and my rubber clutch line with a stainless braided one. The issues im having is a very late engagement on the clutch pedal, as well as a slipping clutch under extreme load conditions. Ive thoroughly bled the system of air, as well as tried the clutch adjustment on the rod inside the car via the clutch adjustment thread on this forum. however, it does help with the late engagement, but it seems to return to a late engage after a couple trips in the car. :S anyone had a similar issue? any help appreciated.

Have you performed the slave cylinder mod? I was having engagement issues until I removed the valve/spring and performed a proper adjustment via the rod under the dash.

The TOB Is relatively new, the release fork has about 100k miles on it. but the car was fine using these parts before the trans swap?

So this problem continued and destroyed my single disk. I pulled the trans and decided upon a competition twin disk. which converts the pull style tob to a push style, after doing this i figured it would help with the issue i was originally having, safe to say after my drive today the issue still exists.... the clutch fork fully releases from the pressure plate, and other than that i cant see why the clutch would be slipping. anyone else have any kind of issues like this...? :S
