Where might this oil come from?

Thoughts on where on the turbo this oil would come from? Noticed it today. Nothing under the car I was just looking around and saw it. When I saw it the car was cold and the oil was very dry. I had to scrape it with my finger nail to remove a piece of it.

After driving I am seeing a little fresh oil on the bolt or whatever that is. Not leaking enough for me to have even noticed I just happened to cross it. It's on the bottom of the turbo.

Thanks all!

I would check the oil feed line fitting first. It's on the other side of the turbo. Looks like the return pipe fitting on the picture is dry.

It's either a small feed line leak, or you're pushing a little into the turbine housing. If it's the latter, consider crank case ventilation upgrades..
