HELP! Evo 9 high idle and jerky while driving

So I just got my evo a few days ago, we had a large down pour of rain here in Winnipeg yesterday. Was driving normally heading home last night, came to a red light and the idle started to climb. The idle sits consistently at 2-2200rpm's now. I checked the plugs to see if water got in the cylinders but doesn't look like it. Cars is modified and not stock, runs on map and speed density. Car also runs on meth but I turned that off after it started to idle weird. Was driving the car today to see if anything changed, and the car had a weird jerky motion while driving, wasn't pushing the car. If anyone has some info on these symptoms, please advise! Thanks.

I was think if it was a boost leak or vacuum leak, the idle would be all over the place. And if I was on a maf sensor it would have more idle effect vs having a map sensor. But I've got a them from a few people to check vacuum and boost leaks. So I think I'll do that next.

Issue was solved. Turned out to be my TPS. I guess throttle body shaft seals might be leaking. Got some meth in the TPS so it fried it, twice...
