external wastage flutter?

external wastage flutter?
i have a fp black and i have looked all over to find if a atmospheric dump o2 housing with a internal wastage makes the same "flutter" sound under wot as a external wastage does. anyone have any experience with that ?

You will only hear that if you have an wastegate dump. Nothing to do with and internal or external gate.
