Main/rod clearance question for build and other tid bits

I purchased a 05 evo with a already built 2.3 stroker (JE pistons, Manley TT ibeams, oem 100mm crank, balance shaft removed) Dealership said 3rd gear was a little notchy but nothing big and all the oils had been changed with the proper oil. After I purchased the car the rear diff locked up 3 months later due to wrong and low oil. (Now TRE rear diff) Then there came a awful noise in the head after I changed the oil ( Amsoil 20w50). Found out them the dealership used all the wrong oils and mistreated the car while it was on their lot. So I decided to tear the whole engine to check everything. The bottom end all looks good, crank has a few scar marks but can not feel them with my fingernail, and all the bearings seemed good. So I contacted the builder for the clearances he was running.
Mains: .00175 std ACl ( have to double check)
Rods:.0015 std ACL bearings
PTW: still waiting
I will be running a 6466 shooting for 800-850 on high boost, but will prolly keep it around 650-700ish. It seems like those clearances might be a little on the tighter side. Can I order ACL race bearing to get a little more clearance if needed?
Thanks in advance!!!

.0015-.0025 is normal, .0015 being closer to factory spec. .0025 should use 20w50 oil and also means the engine should be freshened up more ofter.

Okay thanks! My block is getting cleaned and crank getting lightly polished at the machine shop now. I'm waiting to hear back about my head. When we were taking the head off, I noticed some scarring where the cam position sensor goes. Trying to figure out what caused that? Nobody know? Imma try and upload a picture to show it.
