4g64 weight match or full balance?

I have a 4g64 I'm building for an 03 eclipse (still sohc for now) I have manley 87mm pistons and am going to purchase Manley 150mm h beams. The car will not see much past 400hp or reved over. 6-6.5k rpm as its a daily and still on a stock tranny. I am using a oem 4g64 crank that I had to polish, factory flywheel, crank pulley, and competition clutch stage 3. The engine does still have the balance shafts. I was looking at if I needed to do a full balance, or just weight match my rods and piston assemblies. I have been reading conflicting things, some people say its fine because its an inline 4, where others say its a nessesity. Figured I would as and state what conditions the car would be seeing, thanks ahead for any help
