Hi,

Need an intake setup that will work with my ETS UICP. I have a full size battery and a nice ETS upper pipe. I have what looks to be the stock intake "tube" (sorry don't know the terminology for the part between the turbo and the intake filter. And then some kind of cone filter.

As a result of this setup the cone filter just kind of lays there and the boost control solenoid is unfortunately zip-tied to a bracket on the UICP.

Any advice on a mount/location/brand/fitment that would work would be appreciated. Or if I just have a cone filter and the rest of the intake stuff is stock am I in the clear?

I'm 42 and just don't need hassles with the cops. Next project is quiet exhaust too :-)

You can buy a stock intake box, and hack it up to fit the MAF adapter and aftermarket cone filter. I'm sure you'll get some of the Cali guys' input.
