Evo stoker motor identification?!?

Does anyone know if there is a visible way to identify if the motor is a stroker motor the car only has 30k miles but short block is painted black as if it's a stroker kit? My previous Evo didn't have a painted block? And I doubt the engine has been rebuilt definetly does not look like it has been either anyone got any info I could find any threads as far as engine identification

Measure with a wooden dowel. Pull a spark plug out, stick the dowel into the spark plug hole while marking with a sharpie when the piston is at both top and the bottom of the stroke. Measure the distance between the marks.

The block in my car and every other evo I've worked on is painted black, and they are for sure untouched and stock. I think you're engine is simply clean, and your previous may have just been dirty..
