Please help!!!!

A few days ago while driving, I noticed that once I hit 10/11 pounds of boost, the boost drops with a simultaneous sound which feels like the plugs aren't igniting. I just changed my plugs and it didn't fix anything.

I'm running a Curt Brown Racing Race Port/Polish Cylinder Head(GSC Valves, Kiggly Beehive Spings,Bronze Valve Guides)
GSC S3 Cams
Kiggly HLA
SparkTech COP
FIC 2150cc injectors and fuel rail on E85 with Magnus intake manifold
ETS T4 Twin Scroll HTA 3586 Turbo kit
ETS Twin Scroll Tubular Exhaust Manifold Coated Satin Black
ETS 3" V-Band Downpipe
2 Tial 38mm MVS Wastegates with DBB HTA 3586 Turbocharger.

I'm lost. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you close the gap to ~0.020" when you put new plugs in?

I gap the plugs at 0.018. That's what was recommend by the tuner. Initially, that's what I thought as well.

First thing I would do is a boost leak test and pull the plugs and inspect. Start simple and then if all that is good start digging deeper. Did the car knock at all when these problems started.
